How can I support you?
You have projects that need to be put back on track?
You would like to introduce or improve processes and procedures – possibly as part of or in preparation for a quality management certification?
You want to measure the customer experience and loyalty of your clients and improve both through appropriate measures?
Your employees are without a doubt competent, but they lack service-oriented best practices here and there?
Fancy programs are not your thing – instead you are looking for efficient advice and hands-on support?
Then you’ve come to the right place!
About me
After 40 years in IT in interesting positions, I would now like to offer my experience independently as a freelancer and contribute to your success.
It started as an application and later systems programmer followed by engineer and management positions in Support. Quality-of-service principles and the transfer of that knowledge have always been and still are a priority to me.
I found the participation in the transition of an European Support organization into a Customer Success Team and the associated cooperation with international colleagues as well as the management of international teams particularly exciting and shaping. The same applies to the many different touch points that this new orientation brought with it at the interfaces to Marketing, Sales, Contract Management, Legal Department, Professional Services and many other stations along the customer journey.
The creative design of standardized offerings for customers as well as the involvement in internal business processes – also in the context of a successful ISO 9001 certification – were also part of this. Most recently, I was able to complement this knowledge with project management tasks and the management of the Professional Services organization as well as the responsibility for my employer’s Customer Experience program.
I feel privileged that it only took four employments to experience all of the above.
What has emerged from these years of experience is a pragmatic and „common sense“ approach to tasks in these or entirely new areas.
